Major activities done under the project:

• Community Participation and Institutional Strengthening
• Dam Strengthening
• Capacity Building of Water Management Committees
• Horticulture demonstration plots
• Construction of 2 cement concrete water tanks
• Establishment of Pickle making business through women SHGs

The outcomes we have achieved:

• Dam Weir/wall will have vegetated covered which is increased the strength of the Weirs and Dam structure.
• Capacity of more than 750 villagers regarding water management and sustainable use of water is increased.
• 8 farmers got knowledge of sustainable horticulture management and experience. The 200 farmers built their capacity to work in sustainable horticulture.
• 2 SHGs started entrepreneurship as a pickle production under this project.
• The new techniques of agriculture and water management were introduced to the community.
• The potable water became available for the households of 3 villages.
