Repairing of old cement nala bunds |
Supported by Bisleri Charitable Trust, Year – 2016 This project was implemented in JAWALAKA village in Jamkhed block in Ahmednagar district. In this project we repaired the CNB structure which was partially destroyed in the targeted village. This repaired bund afterwards was fulfilled by rain water and water harvested to increase the ground water level where 42 wells and 13 boar wells. The benefit goes to 180 hectares of agricultural land in the form of protected water resources. Drinking water scarcity problem has been totally resolved. The 122 farmer families were directly benefited. This project was supported by Bisleri charitable trust. Co-ordinator
